How do I clean my Western Sensibility goods?

Due to the special life-friendly stain and soil release finish on these textiles, we suggest only washing when absolutely necessary. In most cases, you’ll only need soap and water to dab up stains. When it does come time for a more thorough washing, pillow cases can be machine washed cold and machine dried low without fabric softeners.

What do you mean by life-friendly ?

We’ve engineered our entire textile collection with stain and soil release finishes using the most sustainable C6 technology. This textile finishing technology keeps dirt and liquid from penetrating the fiber, increasing its lifespan and making it easy to clean. That means when you spill your cup of coffee or glass of wine on your Western Sensibility goods, no freak-out moment is necessary! Plus, you can do without the harsh cleaning chemicals — simply spray some water, dab it up, and you’re good to go.

 

Is it ok to machine wash my drapes?

Due to the stain and soil release finish on our drapes, we recommend them for dry-clean only.

What cleaning code are your textiles?

Our collection of textiles fall under code W for water-based cleaning only.

Our drapes are comprised of two 50” x 84” panels.

What are the dimensions of your pillows?

Our pillows are 20” x 20”.

 

What can textile yardage be used for?

Yardage of our textiles can be used for a wide-range of projects including: upholstery, reupholstery, drapery, pillows, table linens, and more.

When can I expect my goods to arrive?

All of our goods are made to order and can take up to 4-6 weeks in production.

Are there currently any processing or shipping delays?

Currently, we are not experiencing any processing or shipping delays.

We currently ship to all 50 US states and Canada.

What is Western Sensibility’s return policy?

It’s paramount to us that you absolutely love your Western Sensibility purchase. Because every Western Sensibility good is made to order exactly for you, most items are not eligible for return. If you’re unsure about how a color palette or textile with translate to your home, we highly recommend ordering swatches.

My order was damaged — what should I do?

Ah, we’re so sorry about that! If you receive any damaged goods please contact our support team (concierge@westernsensibility.com) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or reprint.

 

Can I exchange my order?

Due to the custom nature of our studio, unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
